Here's how we start, there's an initial phone consultation that can lead to an initial visit. First sessions are a chance for you and your therapist to meet, get to know each other, and see if it's rapport for you. get an idea of how to proceed. Typically we meet for an initial consultation to determine personal fit and goals, answer questions, and determine a consistent meeting time.

Sessions are typically 45 minutes for individuals and 60 minutes for couples.
