Couples
Relationships shape who we are and how we feel about ourselves. Couples therapy is an opportunity to readjust your relationship to better meet each of your needs.
In couples therapy we will focus on identifying patterns that show up in your relationship including internal and external experiences. Once identified, we can move towards developing healthier ways of relating and connecting. |

Group
Many people struggle to connect with others. In a time of increased social media e.g. Twitter, Facebook and texting, our world is moving away from real, meaningful connection. However, everyone needs genuine connection with others to feel nurtured and to grow.
Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to connect at a deeper level with others, develop a sense of “belonging” and gain encouragement from other participants. It is a way to know that you are not alone and that there are others with similar experiences. I aim to provide a safe space where you can explore your experience in the presence of others who are working through similar issues. |
